built 1928 — Wabash Valley Trust Plaque awarded in 1994 — Classic Revival style

The Varsity Apartments were built in 1928 and provide housing for students attending Purdue nearby. Inside, the halls are lined with small doors down near the floor. These were used for milk delivery although they’re no longer operational.
